Film and the Wet Stuff
Making the Image
The main film I use for my Medium format work is ILFORD DELTA 100, a very fine grain film.
I also use Rollei Infra red film with a Hoya R72 filter to take monochrome photographs going into the infrared spectrum.
The films were processed in a developer called Presyscol EF - No Longer available, or Pyrocat HD. I have just started using Ilford Ilfotec HC at 1+31 Dilution (B).
I use a water rinse for Stop bath, and Ilford Rapid fixer.
The prints are done on Ilford Multigrade RC, using Ilford Multigrade developer, Stop Bath and Rapid Fixer. I use a NOVA processing tank to maintain a consistent chemical Temperature, and help with development and exposure times.
